For properties made available only through the Abound exchange program, the Club Points requirements set forth in the Points Charts contained in the Points Charts book and at www.My-VacationClub.com are subject to change by the MVC Exchange Company at any time, in accordance with Article III of the Exchange Procedures for the Abound exchange program.

1.
